These terms explain the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between OneLabs and users in connection with the use of OneLabs services.
These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between OneLabs and users regarding the use of websites, applications, desktop apps, and related services provided by OneLabs.
“Service” means image processing, AI-based utilities, prompt management, text extraction and translation, and other related digital services provided by OneLabs.
“User” means a member or non-member who uses the services provided by OneLabs under these Terms.
“Member” means a person who has provided personal information to OneLabs, completed registration, and can continuously use the services.
These Terms become effective when posted on the OneLabs website or service screen. OneLabs may change these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
If these Terms are changed, OneLabs will provide prior notice of the changes and effective date. If a user does not agree to the changed Terms, the user may stop using the service and withdraw membership.
Users may apply for membership registration according to the procedures set by OneLabs, and OneLabs will approve such applications unless there is a reasonable ground for refusal.
OneLabs may reject or cancel inappropriate applications, including false information, use of another person’s information, or applications by users under the age of 14.
Members are responsible for safely managing their account information and passwords. OneLabs is not liable for damages caused by a member’s failure to manage such information.
Members must promptly update registered information when it changes, and members are responsible for disadvantages caused by failure to update information.
OneLabs may provide the following services.
OneLabs may change or suspend all or part of the services when necessary for operational or technical reasons.
Services may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, or changes in external platform policies.
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, service guidance, and notices provided by OneLabs.
Rights and responsibilities for content uploaded or generated by users through the service generally belong to the relevant users.
OneLabs may process user content within the scope necessary for service operation, improvement, error analysis, and feature provision.
OneLabs may provide certain features or services for a fee. Prices, payment methods, refund conditions, and related matters follow the relevant service screen or payment platform policy.
For payments made through external platforms such as Microsoft Store, the payment and refund policies of the relevant platform may apply first.
Members may request membership withdrawal at any time through account settings or inquiries within the service.
If a member violates these Terms or interferes with service operation, OneLabs may restrict use or terminate the agreement after prior notice.
If OneLabs or a user causes damage to the other party by violating these Terms, the responsible party may be liable for damages under applicable laws.
However, OneLabs is not liable for damages caused by reasons not attributable to OneLabs, including natural disasters, communication failures, external platform failures, or reasons attributable to the user.
OneLabs protects users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy. Details regarding collection, use, storage, and destruction of personal information are set forth in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute related to service use shall be subject to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
These Terms take effect on May 10, 2026.
