OneLabs values users’ personal information and works to protect it safely in accordance with applicable laws.
OneLabs establishes this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information and to handle privacy-related complaints promptly and smoothly.
OneLabs may collect the following personal information for membership registration and service provision.
OneLabs uses collected personal information for the following purposes.
OneLabs retains personal information until the purpose of collection and use is achieved. In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay when a member withdraws.
However, to prevent improper account use, restrict re-registration after withdrawal, verify usage records, and secure service stability, account information is separately retained for 30 days from the withdrawal request date and then formally withdrawn and destroyed.
During the 30-day retention period, use of the account is restricted, and re-registration with the same email address and nickname may be restricted.
If retention is required under applicable laws, information may be retained for the period prescribed by such laws.
OneLabs destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.
Accounts for which withdrawal requests have been received are changed to a pending withdrawal status, and account information and related data are sequentially destroyed through regular cleanup after 30 days from the withdrawal request date.
Information in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery, and printed personal information is shredded or incinerated.
OneLabs does not provide users’ personal information to external parties in principle. Exceptions apply when the user has given prior consent or when required by law.
OneLabs may outsource certain tasks to external services for smooth service provision.
If outsourced tasks are added or changed, OneLabs will provide notice through this Privacy Policy.
In the course of providing services, OneLabs may use services provided by overseas providers such as Cloudinary, Google, and Microsoft, and some personal information or usage information may be stored or processed overseas.
If an overseas transfer occurs, OneLabs will provide necessary notices and protective measures in accordance with applicable laws.
OneLabs may use cookies to provide better services to users. Users may refuse or delete cookies through browser settings.
OneLabs permits membership registration only for users aged 14 or older and does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
Users may view, modify, delete their personal information, or request membership withdrawal at any time. Such requests may be made through account settings or inquiries.
When membership withdrawal is requested, the account is immediately changed to a pending withdrawal status with service use restricted, and formal withdrawal and destruction are processed after the 30-day retention period under Articles 4 and 5.
OneLabs encrypts and stores passwords, minimizes access rights to personal information, and applies security measures to protect personal information.
OneLabs designates the following department for inquiries and complaints related to personal information processing.
Users may contact relevant agencies such as the Personal Information Protection Commission or the Korea Internet & Security Agency’s Privacy Infringement Report Center for consultation or remedies regarding privacy infringement.
This Privacy Policy may be revised due to changes in laws, guidelines, or OneLabs service policies. Changes will be announced through the website.
This Privacy Policy takes effect on May 10, 2026.
