Content and File Processing Policy

OneLabs operates standards for uploaded content and file processing to maintain a safe and reliable service environment.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy explains the standards that apply when using OneLabs features that handle files or content, including image conversion, image restoration, image processing, and feedback. Users must comply with this policy when using the service, and OneLabs may restrict content use when necessary for safe service operation.

2. Content That May Be Uploaded

Users may upload only images, files, text, and other content that they own or have lawful rights to use. Examples include images taken by the user, files created by the user, materials used with permission, and materials that do not raise rights infringement concerns.

3. Content Restricted From Upload

The following content may not be uploaded to or requested for processing through OneLabs services.

  • Content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, portrait rights, personal information, or other rights
  • Illegally recorded images or videos, or images or videos recorded or distributed without consent
  • Obscene material, sexual exploitation material, or inappropriate content involving minors
  • Content that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, harassment, or threats
  • Content intended for crime, fraud, illegal acts, or security breaches
  • Malware, scripts, or files that may damage systems
  • Content intended to impersonate others or spread false information
  • Other content that violates applicable laws or OneLabs operating standards

4. File Processing Standards

OneLabs processes files uploaded by users within the scope necessary to provide service features. Files are used only as needed for features such as image conversion, restoration, upscaling, preview, and download, and certain files may be restricted for service stability and security.

  • Unsupported extensions or damaged files may not be processed.
  • Excessively large files may be restricted during upload or processing.
  • Files considered security risks may be blocked automatically or manually.
  • Temporary files may be created to provide features and may be cleaned up according to operating policies.

5. AI Processing and Output Notice

Some OneLabs features may use AI or automated image processing technology. AI processing results may vary depending on the quality, resolution, damage level, and structure of the original file, and OneLabs does not guarantee that results will always meet user expectations.

  • AI processing results may differ from actual information.
  • Restoration or enhancement may generate details different from the original.
  • Before using results for important documents, identity verification, evidence, or other accuracy-sensitive purposes, users must review them directly.

6. Rights and Responsibilities

Users must have lawful rights to the content they upload, and users are responsible for legal issues arising from the upload and use of such content. OneLabs cannot verify all rights relationships of uploaded content in advance and may restrict use of relevant content when a rights infringement report is received or when operationally necessary.

7. Content Restrictions and Measures

OneLabs may take the following measures for content that violates this policy or may create risks for service operation.

  • Restriction of upload or processing
  • Deletion of content or restriction of access
  • Restriction of service use
  • Account restriction or blocking
  • Reporting or cooperation under applicable laws

8. Policy Changes

This policy may be amended due to changes in service features, operating standards, or applicable laws. If the policy is changed, OneLabs may provide notice through in-service notices or the policy page.
